Decentralizáció - recentralizáció / decentralization - recentralization

Az újraállamosítással nem az a baj, hogy valaki szereti a hatalmat és élni is akar vele. Hiszen akar nem akar hatalmat ne legyen politikus. Viszont a hatalmat túlzottan koncentráló személy azt kockáztatja, hogy mindenért, ami rossz vagy jó történik ő lesz a felelős. Bízhat persze abban, hogy ő és munkatársai, hiszen nyilvánvalóan nem egyedül vezeti az országot, csak jót tesznek. A decentralizált, demokratikus rendszerek azért stabilabbak a diktatúráknál, mert a felelősségek, kompetenciák megoszlanak, függetlenek a személyi tudástól, képességektől, a diktátor hangulatától.

IN ENGLISH:

The problem with re-nationalization is not that somebody likes to have power and wants to use it. If somebody do not he his not to become a politician. But that person concentrating abusively the power risk to become responsible for everything which happens. Of course he can believe that he and his colleagues do only god thinks. Because is clear that he do not manage the country alone. At difference from dictatorships democratic systems are more stable because responsibilities, competencies are distributed, they are independent from knowledge, competencies of one unique person from the moral state of the dictator.
