Nem értjük, de neki esünk / we don't understand how it works but we rebuild it

Az új önkormányzati törvény hatalmat központosít, államosítja az önkormányzatokat ez kétségbevonhatatlan, de azok az erőfeszítések, amelyek mellette működnek, vakok, mert nem veszik figyelembe a működő rendszereket, egyes hivatkozások a törvény tervezetének indoklásában 1994 előtti állapotokra hivatkoznak, hogyan láthatnák, hogy Magyarországon 2004 óta már működik egy önkéntes kistérségi rendszer és ennél sokkal régebben a körjegyzőségek. Így az igazgatásban a felfordulás, ami jön alig hozhat néhány milliárd forintot. Ugyanakkor látványpolitizálás, hiszen nekiestünk az elaprózott önkormányzati rendszernek. Még akkor is, ha már nem olyan elaprózott.

In Hungary the draft low on local governments to be presented at the Parliement in October 2011 is without any doubt centralizing the power, put local governments competences in hands of central government specialized administration for education, health or social affairs. But efforts to achieve the goal are so blind that they do not take into account operating systems, some references arguing in the draft low are based in the system preceding 1994 reform, than how could they know that from 2004 it is operating the system of micro-regions in voluntary basis and from before that the network of notarial districts relying more 80 per cent of the smaller (less then 2 thousand inhabitants) units. This means that the whole changes of local administrative system will not bring than a couple of millions of € as savings at national level. But it will be a symbolic action showing how the government fight against too small municipal units. Even if they are no so small any more.
